he Haix Special Fighter Pro fire boot is the successor to the Special Fighter and features a three-layer Crosstech membrane which makes the boot completely waterproof and breathable. The safety shoes are extremely durable, resistant to heat and cold and protect the feet reliably against fire and moisture. Water droplets can not penetrate the fire boot through the small pores, but the moisture can evaporate outwards. Whether the boots are worn in heat, pouring rain, snow or during flooding, the feet remain dry. In addition, pigments are incorporated in the waterproof leather (sun-reflect system) that reflects the sunlight and prevents the fire boots and feet from warming up. The renewed sole has a robust profile for good grip on every terrain and thanks to the special bright yellow inserts they are also visible in dense smoke!

Sole
Lightweight rubber/PU sole in a sports style with sturdy road/rough terrain profile and enhanced toe-to-heel support; wear-resistant with excellent anti-slip properties - even in cold weather. The lightweight PU shock absorption wedge provides extra walking comfort and excellent thermal insulation. The flame-resistant outer sole is non-marking according to EN 15090:2012 and offers excellent resistance against heat, oil and fuels. Its bright yellow signal marks are visible even through thick smoke.
HAIX® Climate System
The HAIX Climate system uses the pumping movement, which permits air circulation with every step – warm air is released and fresh air comes in through the vent holes at the top of the boot.
